WHAT WE BELIEVE
OUR VISION
We exist to disciple families to love God, live whole, and develop their gifts to lead out.
We aim to be a church that loves God and loves one another deeply, to walk as Spirit-filled believers in a broken world, to reveal the extravagant love of Jesus, and to display the supernatural power of God.
OUR MISSION
CONNECT WITH GOD. Begin with a personal relationship with Jesus which is evident by prayer, worship, and devotion to His Word.
CONNECT WITH OTHERS. Create community empowered by the Holy Spirit.
CONNECT WITH OUR PURPOSE. Mature in Christ and develop our gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit.
CONNECT THE WORLD TO JESUS. Share the Good News with others.
OUR BASIC BELIEFS
THE TRINITY
We believe in one God eternally existing as one essence and three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, each of whom is fully God, yet there is one God.
SALVATION
We believe that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.
DIVINE REVELATION
God has made Himself known to the world in Jesus Christ, the Scriptures and creation.
THE CHURCH
We believe that the Church is comprised all who have been made right with God and the local church is to glorify God, evangelize those separated from God, and equip God’s people for ministry.
HUMANITY
We believe that all humanity is created in the image of God and possesses intrinsic dignity and worth. We also believe that sin has fractured all things, leaving the world in desperate need of salvation.
THE LAST THINGS
We believe that Jesus Christ is returning to the world in the future to judge the living and the dead.
THEOLOGICAL DISTINCTIVES
These reflect what distinguishes Resonate Life Church from other churches who would affirm the basic doctrines.
